PVEN Food Pantry serves residents of Chestnuthill, Eldred, Hamilton, Jackson, Polk, and Ross townships. To receive help from PVEN Food Pantry, please download and complete the application below and bring it to your appointment.
New client registrations will be taken on Mondays or Fridays from 9:00 AM to Noon, Tuesdays 8:30-9:30 AM. Please call for an appointment. If you need a different time due to your work schedule, please call.
PVEN distributes food on the 2nd Saturday of every month, and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Distribution times are from 9:20-11 AM (11:20 on Saturdays). Pick up on scheduled days only, and by appointment only. Please call to make an appointment no later than noon the day before a pickup. Walk-ups without an appointment will be turned away.
Clients may use the PVEN Food Pantry one time each month.
PVEN Clothing Closet distributes clothing (including school approved clothing) on Fridays by appointment, between 9-11 AM. Clients may use the PVEN Clothing Closet once every three months.
You will need to bring a current photo ID and proof of your address (a current bill) with you when you submit this form. We are here to help, so let us know if we can assist you with the process.

In the event that you or someone from your family are unavailable for distribution, a proxy can be appointed to pick up for your household by completing a proxy form. **This must be done before distribution.** To complete the proxy form BOTH parties must be present at the same time and provide identification for this document to be valid.
